We do not offer refunds at this time. Your store credit will be processed upon acceptance of the returned items. Elinext Pvt Ltd has full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. Accessories, Shoes, Lingerie and Bath products, worn, washed, final sale items purchased with codes cannot be exchanged.
